Peace + Love - The Holi Grail of Wellbeing + Supreme Health
The spiritual masters that have graced us with their presence over millennia have spoken of peace and love as the holy grail of wellbeing. As a child I was fascinated by the stories of one particular God-man who embodied love and so I set out to do the same in my life. I studied the ‘great religions’ to find the golden thread of truth that ties them together.
I learned how to access deep peace through meditative practices and deepened my experience under the guidance of King Ra un Nefer Amen.
My wellbeing is the result of firstly aligning with deep peace and self-love as a daily practice.
My joy is to assist others to align with their Supreme selves through holistic, inter-related health practices which I like to call the Supreme Health Protocol.
