PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS

We are happy to accept a schedule of payments to assist your financial planning. Your deposit payment confirms your place and we encourage you to make this payment as soon as possible as we can only accommodate 12 retreatees.

Accommodation is either single occupancy - S/O or double occupancy - D/O. Double occupancy is a cottage with 2 double beds and occupants will be sharing with one other.

The payments have been set up in 4 equal payments as follows:

Deposit - 25%

Payment 1 - 25%

Payment 2 - 25%, and

Final payment - 25%

or you can benefit from a discount by making full payment.

You are welcome to make your payments at a time that is convenient to you in the months leading up to the retreat however, we ask that the final payment is made no later than November 23 2025.

Prices are:

Single Occupancy - $1999 - Early Bird Price $1200

Double Occupancy - Double bed x 2 (Sharing with 1 other ) - $1695 - Early Bird $900

Cancellation and Refunds

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

120+ days before retreat start date - 100% refund

60-119 days before retreat start date -85% refund - minus deposit payment

29-59 days before retreat start date - 70% refund - minus deposit payment

0-28 days before start date - no refunds

We encourage our guests to contemplate the benefits of attending our retreat and so if extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending a date, there is also an option to carry over your payment to a future retreat.
