Around our 40s and 50s, many of us are:

Why “pushing through” doesn’t work

For years, many of us coped with:

  • Caffeine and sugar by day, wine by night

  • Overworking and over-giving

  • Ignoring our body’s signals until they scream

  • Shrinking dreams to fit responsibilities

  • Calling burnout “normal”

This “push through” strategy often leads to exhaustion, chronic symptoms, weight changes, emotional eating, resentment and a dull ache of dissatisfaction.

A midlife reset asks a different question:

“If I keep living like this for another 10 years, where will I end up?”
“And what small changes can I make now to rewrite that future?”
